Our standard rates apply to solutions provided ad hoc and as needed. From diagnostics to software and hardware repairs our one-time as needed services or “Break/Fix” Services are priced below
Hourly rate for On-Site Services $150 Per Hour.
(Includes 2 hours on-site, diagnostics, trouble shooting and resolution documentation)
Many of our services can also be delivered remotely via secure internet connection. While the hourly rate is the same, the minimum service call times are much lower, keeping your as-needed IT costs under control.
Hourly rate for Remote IT Services $150 Per Hour
(Billed in 30 minute increments with no minimums, provided remotely using secure encrypted internet based software)
When you’re ready to move beyond just “Call us when you need us” IT Services and create an on-going IT Solution Provider relationship we’d be happy to chat. We offer a number of convenient options that allow you to keep your costs under control and your technology running smoothly.
* All IT Services provided Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm
After Hours IT Services Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm and weekend days billed at 1.5x regular rate
Emergency IT Services Monday-Friday 9pm-8am and weekend evenings billed at 2x regular rate
All on-site service calls are billed at a minimum two hours of service 30 minute increments after the first 2 hours. Remote IT Services in 30 minute increments.
Outhouse IT Does not charge for on-site travel time within the greater GTA Area from Toronto to Hamilton, please call for a quote if you are outside of these areas.
