Our on-site service provides our customers with reliable, guaranteed solutions for their technology problems which get their equipment back up and running so they can resume their business.
An on-site service includes an estimation of time and costs in getting things back on track before any work takes place, a step by step explanation of the process involved and a detailed report with your invoice which spells out exactly what work was done.
All on-site service calls are charged a minimum of two hours of service. When we solve the problem in less than two hours, customers are encouraged to use the time to have some customized training at their desk. Many of our testimonials refer to this excellent service (mini-training session) which improves the customer’s understanding and use of their equipment. Any additional time is billed in half hour increments.
