At Outhouse IT we’ve invested in the latest in secure remote support software which allows us to connect to your computer over the internet to resolve most technology related problems.

Once connected one of our technicians can control your computer as if they were sitting at your desk. You’ll be able to observe the support session, communicate with the technician, demonstrate the issue and watch as it’s remotely resolved.

30 minute minimum service charge per remote access session. $56.25 per  half hour service. Windows and Mac PC’s Only.

Be liable for any interruption of use or any loss of, inaccuracy in, or damage to, data or records. Privacy statement all data gathered by this software and submitted to outhouse it inc. Will only be used to assist you in troubleshooting your technology. Gathered data will not be used in any other fashion without your consent. Data gathered contains no personally identifyable information. Canadian government rights this software and any accompanying documentation provided under this agreement are commercial computer software and documentation developed exclusively at private expense. Use, duplication, or disclosure of software or software documentation by the government is subject to restrictions.
